FAQ
-
Where Will You Marry People?
I mainly service Townsville and the surrounding areas! While most of my weddings are local, I do travel for special celebrations when I can. If you’ve got a dream location in mind, let’s chat!
-
Do You Handle the Legal Paperwork?
Yes! I take care of all the legal paperwork, from preparing the documents to lodging them with Births, Deaths, and Marriages. I’ll also order your official marriage certificate on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
-
Do you have a PA and Microphone?
Yes! I use a premium BOSE S1 PA system with a wireless microphone to ensure that every word of your ceremony is heard loud and clear. Whether you’re having an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, I’ll make sure your guests don’t miss a single moment!
-
Do you work with LGBTIQ+ couples?
Absolutely! Love is love, and I am honored to celebrate and officiate weddings for all couples. Every love story deserves to be told, and I’m here to create a ceremony that reflects who you are and what your love means to you. 🏳️🌈

Who can be our witnesses?
Your witnesses can be any two people over the age of 18 who are present at your ceremony. They don’t need to be family or part of the wedding party—just two people who are happy to sign your marriage certificate and be part of your special moment.

When should we book our celebrant?
The sooner, the better! I recommend booking your celebrant as soon as you have your wedding date locked in—ideally 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons. Legally, your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be lodged at least one month before your wedding, so it’s best to have your celebrant sorted well before then. If your wedding is coming up quickly, reach out—I’ll do my best to make it happen!
